Impersonation is how most people lose money on any exchange. It rarely involves breaking the exchange. It
involves someone talking you into handing over access. Here is the permanent version of what we never do.
- We will never ask for your password. Not on chat, not on the phone, not ever.
- We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. No legitimate support agent
anywhere needs them.
- We will never ask you to move funds to a "safe wallet." That sentence is the single
clearest sign you are talking to a thief.
- We will never ask for a two-factor code or ask you to install remote-desktop software.
- We will never DM you first on Telegram, X or Discord offering to recover lost funds for a
fee.
Our staff write only from addresses ending in @be1cryptos.com and only from the chat widget inside your
logged-in account. If a message claims otherwise, close it and start a fresh chat from the app. The
investor alerts published by Investor.gov describe the same playbook in more detail, and it is worth ten minutes of your time.
